A lifelong local resident – I won’t put how long (it makes me feel old), I have watched my clients change their lifestyle as their families have expanded & grown and all of the challenges that come with those changes. I feel privileged to have helped so many people over the years as the family home is one of the most important assets in life and to be trusted to achieve a good result is something I never take for granted.


Knowing the agent you are dealing with and feeling comfortable with them to achieve what you want is a vital part of a successful result. There is more to selling your home than just giving a price – it’s also about understanding a client’s concerns and fears – and that’s the first step in getting genuine results.

An agent should never forget this is not just a financial transaction, this is your hard work, your pain and your dreams.

The challenge for me as a real estate agent is to help you make the hard decisions, and to take the stress out of selling.  I don’t believe in false promises but I do believe in  going the extra mile to get the best price the market will give.  I will be honest with you, whether it’s good news or bad.
